Algorithm Explanation:
Commission = Sales Amount × 20%
Total Payout = Commission
Simple & transparent: You earn 20% of every sale, paid the following month. No targets, no deferred incentives, no forfeiture.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This program is open to all existing Edocpos Sdn Bhd subscribers with an active account in good standing.
- Referral Code: Each participant will be given a unique referral code through the Arkcloudant portal.
- Registration: The referred party must enter a valid referral code during new subscription registration.
- Commission: A one-time 20% reward will be paid after the new subscription is activated and the trial period (if any) has ended.
- No Monthly Incentive: There is no monthly incentive, deferred payout, or target-based bonus. The referral earns only the one-time 20% commission per sale.
- Payment: All rewards will be paid in the following month (e.g., January sales February payout). The payment cycle is monthly.
- Fraud & Abuse: Any attempt to defraud or abuse this program, including self-referrals or the creation of fake accounts, will result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of participation.
- Termination of Participation: Edocpos Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate or suspend any participant's involvement in this program at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to maintain satisfactory sales performance,
- Irregular or inconsistent sales activity,
- Failure to meet the minimum sales threshold over a sustained period, or
- Any conduct that, in the opinion of Edocpos Sdn Bhd, is detrimental to the reputation or interests of the Company.
- Amendments: Edocpos Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
- Malaysian Law: This program and all related terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant Malaysian courts.
- Final Decision: All decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and interpretation of terms are final and binding on all participants.
